We are keen walkers and decided this year to try our first package holiday to a summer mountain resort. We spoke to Anne at Born2ski who gave us a few ideas for locations, and we chose a visit to Chamonix. We were a little unsure if this would be the type of holiday for us when we booked it, but we were certainly not disappointed with our experience. We stayed at Pointe Isabelle Hotel the location was perfect and from our balcony we had great views of both the town and the mountains. It was ideally situated to the train station the free train travel pass we received from the hotel was greatly appreciated and used. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the atmosphere was informal and friendly. We went half board and have to say the food provided was delicious. Our representative Harvey was very friendly and helpful. He kept in touch via whatsapp so was always on hand to answer questions and give advice. My husband had a problem with his tooth I contacted Harvey who sent me a list of dentists in the area including contact details. His tooth was sorted within 3 hours. Chamonix is a beautiful town with stunning scenery, great walks, attractions, restaurants and bars. The highlight for us was the Aguille du Midi; this tour is a must, the views are out of this world. Transfers were very easy and comfortable. We were extremely happy with our holiday and the experience, we are already thinking of where to go for a next holiday with Born2Ski. Emma J.

We had a fantastic time in Oberau and Niederau, our hotel had as you said a lovely family feel and the locals were friendly. Ski school was great, Met some lovely people in our group and left with an invite to stay with new friends in Cork. Craig and 1 came 1st and 2cnd in our slalom race, he’s very proud of his trophy! We will definitely go back, probably stay in Niederau as we found it was quite tight time wise in catching the buses to and from Oberau for our ski school. Thanks to all at Born 2 Ski and especially Anne, for our recent holiday in La Rosiere. Club Med was a first for me, after many years of skiing, and I'm not sure I'd go back to a 'normal' holiday or hotel now! After paying for everything in advance, all was included; guiding with a good amount of tuition included, lift pass, all food, drink, cocktails....when one of us had to drop out of skiing due to a recurring injury, they could swim, go to yoga classes, guided walks, sit quietly with a coffee and a book. I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks very much for organising such an excellent holiday for us. The resort was brilliant as you said, the hotel was really lovely, and the spa made it for us with the 3 year old. The staff there deserve a special mention. Everyone of them was warm, friendly and just really nice. So helpful. We got a very good big room with separate area for the nipper what was a big help to us too. We Visited Hotel Seville Freiberg in Zell Am See for a 4 night stay with friends in February 2020 - Organised by Mike at Born2Ski & Travel Ltd. A really lovely hotel, a short walk outside of Zell Am See town. A very large room with a beautiful view of the lake. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Staff were all very friendly & attentive. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was 4 course every night and was lovely. Good bar with lots of choice and everything at reasonable prices – much cheaper than France. As a ski resort Zell Am see is huge – as takes in Kaprun and Saalbach. Lots of differing runs for all abilities – Infrastructure is superb….. Warm covered chair lifts – that’s the way forward. Hi Mike, We returned home from a from a family skiing holiday arranged by Mike at Born2Ski, I had left the planning of this holiday till the last minute due to dilemas about which date to fly, where would accommodate a member of my party's vegan dietary requirement, the items on our wish list etc. He arranged airport transfers, a lovely chalet EIRA in Morzine which had everything we needed including hot tub, bar and pool table. The food was delicious and the ski buses just a minute away. Mike also gave suggestions on which day to travel, he provided us with links for equipment hire and arranged for Chalet Eira to organise our lift passes. I have to say in my state of high anxiety about finding anything suitable he just "got on with it and delivered the goods" and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone wanting to book a ski holiday. We can't thank you enough for sorting out our holiday.
