Hotel Assietta is a popular, family-run hotel in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx’s historic centre, just a three-minute walk from the Clotes lift. It’s perfectly placed for easy slope access and exploring the town’s shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a friendly, informal feel and a lively après atmosphere. Its sunny outdoor terrace is a great spot for post-ski drinks, and the bar hosts weekly live DJ sets for a fun start to your evening. For something more relaxed, you can request a local wine tasting and sample some of the region’s best bottles (payable locally). It’s a great-value base with a sociable vibe and ideal central location.

It’s known for its fantastic mountain views, friendly service, and great value, with many guests returning year after year. A free shuttle runs daily from 8am to midnight, making it easy to reach the slopes or explore the town. After skiing, relax with a drink at the bar or enjoy the sunset from the panoramic terrace. The Hotel Del Clos is a fantastic example of what a ski hotel should be. The wooden clad and carved walls invite you in and warm you up straight away. There's a tremendous feeling of space as the wide corridors guide you to the many chill-out areas. The bar and lounge area offer plenty of options to relax and refuel. They also become a real focal point during après-ski - as does the huge sun-terrace. It's worth grabbing your drink and a seat to watch the sunset turn the slopes of El Tarter a delicious orange. Families will love the kids' clubs which offer childcare for children from 4 months right up to pre-teen 12-year-olds. Our experienced nannies make sure they're well looked after with plenty to keep them happy and stimulated. It's only 350m to the lifts, and you have a choice of where to leave your skis or boards at night. There's plenty of space at the hotel in the heated kit storage room (including boot warmers for a toasty start to your day), or there are storage lockers in Nordic Ski Hire (by the lifts) available for a weekly charge.

Chalet Motxo is constructed from local stone and wood which gives it a traditional mountain chalet feel, as does the grandfather clock and comfy leather sofas in the small lounge area. It's a spacious chalet too, with oodles of natural light throughout, high ceilings with chunky wooden beams and nicely sized bedrooms, all with plenty of storage. The property provides bicycle parking, paid on-site private parking, and a washing machine. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, and a dining area with a table and chairs.

The Casale is incredibly popular with guests - a nice mix of a traditional chalet with the size and facilities (i.e. a bar) of a small hotel. This creates a nice buzz around the chalet at après-ski, when the bar is open and the drinks are flowing. The Casale has been lovingly converted from an old barn. Many of the original beams have been kept which gives a wonderful warm feel to the place. The large dining room is equally charming, with its long tables for chalet-style meals and more wooden rafters adding to the warming feel. Each of the bedrooms is a really good size, with plenty of light and space to make you feel right at home. They all have an ensuite with shower, WC and a small selection of complimentary toiletries in case you forget your own. This really is an ideal choice for couples or groups of friends looking for a home-from-home on their ski holiday.

Hotel La Tovière style and luxury are combined with our professional ski guiding service and exceptional hospitality to ensure a truly memorable ski holiday. La Tovière is a wonderful example of craftsmanship and design, created with natural textures of aged wood and local stone. With a backdrop of snowy trees and towering rock faces, the hotel seamlessly complements its surroundings right opposite the slopes of La Daille. The funicular and La Daille gondola are just across the road from the hotel for high-speed access into the heart of the world-class Val d’Isère-Tignes ski area.

The Hotel Ducs de Savoie is a welcoming, laid-back, super central hotel that ticks the boxes for couples, friends and families alike. You’re just a short walk to the Solaise Express, the ultimate 10-person gondola giving you quick access to the Solaise ski area. You can also access the Olympique gondola from the village, which takes you swiftly to the summit of Bellevarde, where you can cruise down to neighboring La Daille or spend some time skiing the delights of Tignes. It's less faff, more fun, and the immense 300km of pisted runs are within easy reach, keeping everyone happy post breakfast.

Hotel Villa Cary is a small, family-run hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere geared towards couples. Located in the centre of Sauze, you have great access to the resort amenities and the Milky Way Ski Area. It's located on Sauze d'Oulx's main square just five minutes from the Clotes chairlift - a prime position for hitting the slopes. From the top of Clotes, you have access to a range of red runs and can easily make your way upto the nearby resorts of Sestriere and Claviere before exploring the French side of the ski area over in Montgenevre.

This is a small, chalet-style gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Sauze d'Oulx. Its location could not be better for keen skiers and snowboarders - with the Jouvenceaux Sportinia lift just 120m away. The more confident, red-run skier or boarder can even ski back down to the lift when the snow conditions are right. The intimate bar and snug lounge with their open fire creates a lovely, typically Italian laid-back atmosphere. The dining area is also rustically styled, with original stone walls and wooden ceilings, and plenty of wooden furnishings create an authentic mountain feel. Being on the outskirts of Sauze also makes for spectacular views across the valley - particularly from the large sun terrace. Sauze's varied nightlife is about 1km up the hill, and ski buses run every 30 minutes or so from a stop just a short walk away. There's also a hotel shuttle bus that runs regularly to the resort centre between 5 pm and 10 pm daily. Alternatively, the small village of Jouvenceaux has a few restaurants and bars only a few minutes away.
