If you're looking for a hotel with easy access to the slopes, the Hotel Portavescovo is perfect. You are close to the village centre and the ski lifts plus, after skiing you can make the most of the small wellness area and a delicious evening meal. With a great location at the foot of the piste, getting onto the Dolomites Ski Area couldn't be easier. The nearest lift is the Burz chairlift, head up here to access some of the lovely slopes around Passo Campolongo, and access to the Alta Badia region. If you are after some more challenging runs, make your way over to the Porta Vescovo area, or for some of the best views in the area, the Marmolada is easily accessible from Arabba. When the snow is good, you can ski back to the hotel's ski room at the end of the day.

It's also a short walk from the centre of town if you want to explore more of the resort.

Getting onto the slopes each day is convenient, the Burz chairlift is just a five-minute walk away, and the Porta Vescovo gondola just a bit further. There's a great heated ski locker room you can use with the Burz ski lift, so you don't have to carry everything. The traditional Hotel Olympia is slightly above the town, so you have some really great views of the Arabba and the surrounding mountain peaks. The resort centre is just a short stroll away where there is a handful of shops, cafes and restaurants - the main lifts are nearby too, so getting onto the extensive Dolomites Ski Area is easy.

Hotel Grifone has a quiet location near the Campolongo pass. It's a beautifully designed hotel between the resorts Arabba and Corvara, surrounded by the spectacular Dolomite mountains. For those who want to be the first on the slopes, jump on the hotel’s free shuttle bus from early morning. You'll be taken directly to the Mont Cherz lift, which leads straight onto the Sella Ronda circuit.

The hotel's about a five-minute walk from the centre of Arabba,a charming village with fantastic access to the ski area and the highest point in the Dolomites- the Marmolada. The lifts are a little further away from the centre, with the Portavescovo lift being the nearest, the hotel runs a daily shuttle service in the mornings and afternoons so getting on and off the slopes couldn't be easier. Arabba benefits from having excellent connections to the 'must do' areas of the Dolomites including the Marmolada glacier, the Sellaronda and the Hidden Valley, be sure to ask the team for their recommendations for a lunch stop.

The Hotel Pozzamanigoni offers panoramic views towards the stunning Dolomiti mountains and benefits from a ski in, ski out location. Located at the bottom of the red Saslong B piste, you can easily reach the famous Sellaronda circuit from the hotel. Just ski down to the nearby Saslong lift and begin your route from there. The hotel has a tranquil position located one kilometre from the centre of Selva. A free hotel shuttle is available on request throughout the day to guests who are looking to head into resort.

With a ski-back location, the Hotel Stella allows guests to make the most of their time in the Dolomites. Make your way up the Costabella chairlift each day for access to the lovely slopes at the top of the Dantercepies where you have incredible views of the Sassolungo, or head over to the Alta Badia region where you can follow the Sella Ronda ski circuit. At the end of the day, you can virtually ski back to the hotel from the sunny slopes of Plan d'Gralba. The Ciampinoi gondola is just a five-minute walk away, where you'll have access to the sunny slopes of the Val Gardena, and the green Sella Ronda route. The centre of Selva is just 200 metres away, where you can find a selection of sport shops, bakeries, bars and the supermarket.

The family run Hotel Somont benefits from having a great location, snap on your skis and cruise down the short blue run into Selva which gives you access to the wider Dolomites Ski Area, alternatively it is just a 300 metre walk to the centre where you can find a range of shops, bars and cafes. The charming hotel benefits from having a piste side location, start your day by heading down the short Freina piste down into the center of Selva and take your pick between heading up the Costabella chairlift for access to Alta Badia including Covara & Colfoso, and La Villa and or head up the Ciampinoi gondola for access to Ortisei, Alpe d'Suisi and Val di Fassa.

The Hotel Rodella's has a stunning location on the outskirts of Selva, with amazing views over the valley and mountains. The family have run the hotel for generations and are extremely welcoming and informative. Set on a hill on the outskirts of Selva, the hotel enjoys a peaceful location with incredible views of the Val Gardena - look out for the Sella massif to the east, the spectacular Sassolungo to the south and the Pic to the north. The centre of town is about a kilometers away but there are plenty of options available to get you there and back. Jump on the hotel's free shuttle to and from the lifts or use the free local bus which runs every half an hour at peak times. If the conditions are good, you can even ski straight to the Santa Cristina lift.
