The chalet-hotel is spread over three floors with 15 generously sized rooms (nine double/twin bedrooms; two triple bedrooms; four family/quad rooms). Most rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the snowy village and lake.
The dining room lends itself perfectly to a sociable dining, while the comfortable lounge has a fireplace and a choice of board games. There is a large storage area for skis and snowboards with boot warmers, so you know your equipment will be ready for you the next day.
We know how to make your holiday exceptional. Each season, we bring together a team of talented professionals who are proud of their exceptional service and are dedicated to creating the perfect alpine atmosphere.
There is space to park four cars outside the chalet. These spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking is full, you will need to use one of the village’s two public car parks.

Food
Unlike some other chalet companies, our chefs prepare fresh food daily.
Breakfast:
Breakfast includes freshly baked French pastries, baguettes from our local boulangerie, preserves, yoghurt, fruit, and a selection of cereals.
On five days, your chef will prepare a cooked breakfast.
For two days, a self-serve continental breakfast will be available, with porridge and boiled eggs prepared for you.
Afternoon Tea:
Afternoon tea features a freshly baked cake, freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, hot chocolate, and juices.
Dinner:
Your booking includes dinner on six of the seven nights.
Dinner consists of canapés, a starter, a main course, dessert, and a cheese platter to finish—all accompanied by free-flowing French wine!
On the first and last evening, a prosecco reception will be served before dinner.
Dietary Requirements:
We accommodate all special dietary requirements and are committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys the same exceptional dining experience. Whatever your dietary needs, we’ll be happy to discuss them with you.
Children:
We offer a simpler children’s menu, which can be served at an earlier time.
Packed Lunches:
Packed lunches can be pre-ordered for a small fee each day and will be prepared for collection each morning.
Christmas Week:
If you’re staying with us during Christmas week, you’ll enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner on Christmas Day, complete with all the festive trimmings.

Drink
In the past, our catered chalet holidays included only a choice of red or white wine with dinner. Based on your feedback, we’ve now extended our drinks package to enhance your stay.
Your holiday will include the following upgraded drinks package:

If you book the chalet on a sole occupancy basis the chalet will also be stocked with a selection of alcohol and mixers (please note that this supply is limited to a set amount per week).
The chalet sleeps up to 40 people across the 15 ensuite bedrooms.
