Dining
The Hotel Cristal Palace is on a half board basis. Drinks are not included. Each morning you can fuel up for a day on the slopes at the extensive breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options available. Often including pastries, breads, seasonal fruit, homemade jams and preserves, alpine yogurt, eggs and bacon. A four-course evening meal is served in the cosy restaurant. The seasonal menu often includes local produce from the Trentino region and has a focus on regional cuisine. The hotel has a wonderful wine cellar with some excellent bottles from the Trentino region - ask the sommeliers for their recommendation of the wines which pair best with your meal.
New Year Eve gala dinner is included.
