- Each morning fuel up for the day at the varied breakfast buffet with a range of sweet and savoury items including fresh pastries and cakes, meats, cheeses, cereals, jams and preserves - hot items such as omelettes, bacon, eggs and sausages are also available.

Central Restaurant is where you'll eat if you've booked half board. Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10 am and has plenty of hot and cold options. The buffet has a chef station where they cook eggs to order. Dinner is buffet style with different stations serving a wide range of dishes.
La Vineria del Colle specialises in local food and has an incredible wine list to go with it. This is payable locally with a discount for the operator's guests.
