Dining
The food is really something to look forward to when you stay here. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and some nice, healthy options to get your energy up for a day in the mountains. Help yourself to make homemade mountain honey, local yogurt and regional, organic products including eggs and milk - save some room for the homemade pastries, too. There's a mix of international and South Tyrolean dishes as well as a salad and antipasti buffet. Once a week there's a themed dinner with local specialties. The Mignon is perfect if you want a more refined dinner experience in a spacious dining room. After dinner, head to the bar for a nightcap. Relax in front of the fire and enjoy the mountain views. Please note tap water is available at a small local charge.
